For GBV and VAC organisations

If you’re working to counter violence against women and children, we have a proposal for you.

Use us.

Whether your role is preventing violence, containing it, or dealing with its consequences, we want to offer our free, no-strings-attached support.

What is feelsafe?

feelsafe is a outreach movement building network of organisations, individuals, and businesses with a shared objective — to make violence unacceptable and thereby create a society where women and children can feel safe.

It’s a lofty goal, but is it achievable?

Yes. Because networks work better: Duplication, friction and competition are reduced. Resources are used more efficiently. Knowledge, skills, opportunities and successes increase exponentially.

By changing South Africa’s attitude to violence and making it unacceptable, we can create a society where women and children feel safe.

How can feelsafe support you?

Although we share your goals, we’re not here to duplicate your efforts. We have a different focus and skillset.

We’re here to:

  • Bring together

to create public events and opportunities for connection and collaboration in the GBV and VAC community.

  • Listen

to, and work with, existing organisations to help them find solutions for their problems and help them meet their objectives.

  • Advocate and lobby

for issues relevant to the cause.

  • Amplify

the voices and the messages needed to change the mainstream conversation and make violence unacceptable.

If you would like more information about joining our outreach movement, please contact us. It’s free, it’s growing, and it’s ready to welcome you with open arms.
